Booking, Cancellation & Booking Reservation Fee Policy

Thank you for choosing Oh Wow Brow Studio. To ensure we can provide the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read our booking policy before confirming your appointment.

A 50% Booking Reservation Fee is required to secure all appointments. Your Booking Reservation Fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment, with the remaining balance payable at your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice will have the Booking Reservation Fee transferred as a credit to your client account. This credit can be used towards any future appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the 50% Booking Reservation Fee being forfeited.

Cosmetic tattoo appointments require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the Booking Reservation Fee being forfeited.

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will incur a 100% No Show Fee, equal to the full value of the booked appointment.

If your required Booking Reservation Fee has not been received within 48 hours of booking, your appointment may be cancelled and released to another client.
