Meet Our Team

Our Master Stylist and owner - Ro, is a perfectionist when it comes to styling your brows & lashes. Her education includes several advanced brow and lash styling classes, Cosmetic Tattoo Certificates, Diploma in Beauty Therapy. “You know you've gotten a really superb brow service when strangers stop you and ask you who your brow stylist is. That's my goal, for every brow."

Amy, our Head Stylist and Trainer is Ro's right hand gal. She is very passionate about all things brows and lashes, ensuring you leave 100% happy with your new brows and/or lashes. “The pure satisfaction and happiness on a client’s face after any brow or lash service, is the biggest compliment I could ever receive.”

George, is our Salon Coordinator/ Team Leader, she is a senior tattoo artist and beauty guru. George started her journey in the beauty industry back in 2001 and has only expand her knowledge and skills since then. “Perfectly sculpted brows that are as individual as you are, that's what I promise."

Mia, one of our newest member of the OWB family. Mia is a qualified Beauty Therapist and has been in the industry for over 2 years. She has recently completed her Cosmetic Tattoo and tiny tattoo training with us and has been absolutely smashing it from day 1. “My passion for brows and lashes has only grown. I am excited to start my journey as a cosmetic brow tattoo artist and cannot wait to see you in studio.”

Liv, our intermediate stylist is the cutest. She started her journey with us in 2021 as work experience and we absolutely fell in love with her beautiful soul, offering her a position with us in 2022. Liv is young but full of talent and is eager to learn and grow. She is currently studying her Diploma in Beauty Therapy and will be fully qualified by the end of 2024. " My goal is to give you a personalised lash experience with a unique set of lashes that are just as unique as you. Own your own look and be proud of it, you are beautiful xx”

Bella, is currently studying her Diploma in Beauty Therapy. She has completed her Certificate III in makeup. Bella's passion lies with all things brows and lashes. She is a talented Makeup Artist and loves getting creative. “Confidence is the prettiest thing you can wear, having gorgeous brows and lashes is a bonus. My goal is to always make you feel your most confident self through your brows and lashes.”

Sav, is the baby of our OWB family. Sav is currently undertaking a traineeship with us and is our apprentice. Sav will be lending a hand in the salon, managing reception, answering phone calls, and spoiling our clients with drinks and chocolates. "I'm thrilled to embark on my beauty journey and eagerly anticipate welcoming clients as I learn and evolve as a skilled beauty therapist."
